Create your company profile and share your open role on VA Matchmakers. It’s simple: set up a free account, add your job details inside your profile, and once approved, your listing will appear in the directory for qualified VAs to find and apply.

You can update your job status anytime inside your profile.

✨ How it works: When a Virtual Assistant is interested in your job listing, they’ll send a connection request through VA Matchmakers.

You’ll receive an email notification with their details so you can review, reply, and connect directly.

HOW TO ADD A JOB LISTING

Click the +Add button below.
Create your free account (email + password).
Fill out your company profile and add your current job opening details. Be as specific as possible so the right VAs can find you.
Submit your listing. Once approved, it will appear in the directory.

✨ How it works: When a VA is interested in your listing, you’ll receive an email notification with their details so you can reply and connect directly.

👉 Tip: Listings with clear job descriptions, required skills, and availability details attract the best matches.

🔄 Remember: Update your profile anytime a role is filled or when you have new openings available. Just go to your profile and change the status of your job opening to "No Current Openings."
